Forum on Higher Education |

The purpose of “Forum on Higher Education “ – Congress of the Black Sea Universities Network is strengthening of the universities' role in the development of the Black Sea region and deepening of regional collaboration in educational, scientific and other areas.
The Forum holding is included to the Action Program of BSEC (Black Sea Economic Cooperation) on the period of chairmanship of Ukraine in this organization (November 2007– April 2008).
State and political leaders, the permanent delegations of national parliaments in PABSEC (Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation), rectors and leading scientists of universities, representatives of international and nongovernmental organizations, leaders of the students' self-government bodies of the Black Sea region countries are invited to take part in the Forum.
